The 2026 Reassessment of Ridgefield has been concluded. The final tax list has been submitted to the Bergen County Board of Taxation.

If you disagree with the assessed value, your next step would be to file a tax appeal with the Bergen County Board of Taxation. You can request an appeal package by calling (201) 336-6300 or by visiting their website.

Please note that appeals must be received (not merely postmarked) on or before May 1, 2026.
