The Morris County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation has authorized Butler to perform a reassessment for the 2026 tax year as part of the reassessment program that has been implemented within the Borough. The Borough has contracted Associated Appraisal Group, Inc. to assist in conducting the Reassessment Program.
Value letters are being mailed beginning Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
If you wish to discuss your new 2026 assessed valuation, you may contact Associated Appraisal Group within 7 business days of the receipt of your letter. To schedule an appointment with a representative, call (201) 493-8530 between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
